Backup and Restore Everything?
Inspiron 3020 Desktop
Does Windows 11 home/pro have a feature that allows you to backup and restore everything, including installed programs (Adobe/Poser/Etc) to an external hard drive? What's a good program that will do this, if available?
So in other words, if I have to reset my pc, I don't want to reinstall every program that is not included with Windows 11....

There are a number of good programs that will do just what you are looking for. Macrium Reflect Free available here, Acronis True Image available here (and free if you have a drive made by WD available here), and EaseUS backup available here.

Regardless of which software you choose to image the boot drive, be sure to use that app to create the bootable USB stick it will need to boot the PC so you can restore a saved image back onto the internal boot drive. And test the USB as soon as you create it to be sure it can boot the PC, before you need to restore an image.
Also remember, the image you created today is only up-to-date today. So get in habit of creating new images on a regular schedule.
