Audio not working - No jack information available

My laptop microphone / recording not working. Even external microphone connected ( Wireless  Headphones, Webcam mic) are also not working and showing same error "No jack information available". Below mentioned already tried but nothing worked out.

1. Tried setting up of microphone , going into settings >Privacy>Microphone . Also tried settings>Speech>Microphone.

2. Tried through control panel > sound> recording.

3. Tried using windows troubleshooter.

4. Tried resetting windows.

5. Installed new drivers from realtek website.

6. Finally when nothing worked out Reinstalled whole windows by USB .
