Admin Cmd shows conflicting returns for DisableDeleteNotify

I was wanting to see if TRIM was enabled on this Dell i5 Quad Core SSD Drive. In a Ytube video a guy showed how to start Cmd with Admin and if the command returned a 0 Trim was enabled.

It did return a 0. But look like this ...

NTFS DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Disabled)
ReFS DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Disabled)

?? So according to him the 0 means Enabled. But what does the Disabled in brackets mean?

Thanks so much. My first Dell and I've had PC's since the late 80's of the last millenium. Boy does that make me feel old! ha!  Thanks again ... jack

And I meant to ask anyone's opionion on TRIM and how effective is it. Any side affects negative and all positive? Thanks!

@jackdashack Well. I guess this is just working my left (or right?) brain. 0 means enabled  and rather (Disabled) means Off is Disabled, so it's Enabled? Leave it to MS for these wonder tweaks. Oh they know, they work with it everyday. It's elementary my dear friend to them. They've lost the concept of what it is to be an everyday owner. But I guess I've got it now. Thanks for reading. jack

Make your life easier... Click Start>Search>Optimize Drives.  When it appears on the results list, double-click it.

The screen that opens shows if optimization (TRIM) is enabled and you can set a schedule or just re-TRIM manually.
