brightness cannot be adjusted

To adjust screen brightness, you will need Dell On-Screen-Display application. Dell On-Screen Display (OSD) allows you to control the brightness bar, change the input source, and turn the screen on or off through the OSD button.
If needed, you can download this Dell-On-Screen-Display-Application_XX6CW_WIN_3.6.1.0_A01_01.EXE and install to your system.
Also, verify that OSD button management is enabled in BIOS settings.

@Chino de Oro We have tryed this steps already. And our ptoblem was not solved. Is there any steps we can do?
