Licensing - Enter Product Key or Not

We have had several calls recently about licensing. See the answer below.

If the customer is going to use KMS licensing, the Product Key field is to be left blank.  If the customer will be using MAK licensing, they need to place the MAK key into the product key field.

If the customer is using Dell OEM install media, the customer does not have to use a key.
