Issues restoring image to Latitude 5591

Good morning all,

I'm attempting to restore an image to a new Latitude 5591. When I boot up from my USB drive created with the ImageAssist tool, there is no mouse cursor. I thought perhaps the version of ImageAssist on the drive was outdated so I recreated it from the latest version on the Dell site (8.5.0.6). Still no mouse.

I can tab over to the Restore tool and launch it using the keyboard. When I browse for my WIM image however, I only see the drives and top level folders- I can't browse to any of the files inside where my WIMs are.

I've used this same drive and image on other laptops with no problems at all- this is my first 5591 though. Any ideas?

we will need the logs from the following location of the restored image to determine what the issue is on the mouse inactivity.

please boot to the IA USB thumb driver and press F8 the logs captured email to US_OSImaging@Dell.com

%WINDIR%\System32\Sysprep\Panther
%WINDIR%\Panther\DTRI\Logs

Thank you,

Daniel
