Issues mounting WIM when source is a USB device

In our development testing, we have seen instances where some of the tools may have issues if the WIM file is on a USB drive.  If using one of the tools listed below with the WIM on a USB drive and you encounter an issue during the mount process, please either try a different USB port or relocate the WIM to the local drive.

  • System_Summary.exe
  • DVD_Restore_Architect.exe
  • File_Explorer.exe
