In need of Windows Vista business ISO for OptiPlex 740

I received this computer as a gift. It had been used in a school. they had upgraded the Windows Vista business to Windows 7 enterprise. In the process of that upgrade they had overwritten the Windows recovery partition. After I had done some hardware upgrades Windows decided that "this copy of Windows is not genuine" I need to reinstall Windows. I have the product key that came with this machine, just no copy of Windows Vista business. Service Tag Express Service Code Computer Model OptiPlex 740 Enhanced BIOS Vendor Dell Inc. Windows Vista Reached End of Life in April 2017 and is no longer safe to use online. It is no longer available to Download. Microsoft Removed the Download Links in 2015. Moreover Windows 7 reaches End of Life in January 2020. At this stage for hardware about 12 years old it is not cost effective to buy a Retail License for this Model and you should save towards a new model or second hand model with a Windows 7 OEM License or later (Free Upgrade to Windows 10). You can however install Windows 10 32 Bit on this model, without a Product Key. In such a case your systems desktop will be watermarked and you will be unable to change some settings but otherwise it is perfectly usable and more functional than Windows Vista.
