Hello, this error could be from the image not having a recovery partition, if so that is a bug in the current release. The release before current, should fix it. Please reach out to our support desk to further investigate. US_OSImaging@Dell.com 866-340-0541

Hello,
We have the same problem with Latitude 3510
We have 100 DELL Latitude 3510 laptops.
We have retrieved our WIN generated via DELL Image Assist X.
We boot from the USB key created by IA.
We have successfully deployed our image on 4 PCs and now the new machines are showing the error message :
Restore failed #ApplyWinIndex
Windows 10 Pro 20H2 image created and deployed in factory by DELL on 100 other PC.
Could you help us ?

Just switch from (RAID On Mode) to (AHCI/NVMe) Mode in bios.
