FIX: BCD error - BitLocker will not enable after restoring 24H2 (Secure Boot not enabled in BIOS)

On W11 24H2, when restoring a DIA image to machine that has Secure Boot disabled in the BIOS, the following error will occur when attempting to enable BitLocker.

Solution: Enable Secure Boot in the BIOS and reimage.

If reimaging is not possible, a workaround is to open a command prompt with admin rights & run the following command: Bcdedit -set {memdiag} Device Partition=\Device\HardDiskVolume1
