Error with ImageAssist and Family Pack
I'm testing a LATITUDE 5520 and downloaded and copied the win10_latitudee13tgl5520_a01.zip Family Pack.
We also have the PRECISION 5520s, and their Family Pack drivers (win10_precisionm7_a23.zip).
When I used ImageAssist to load our image to the evaluation unit, it picked up the PRECISION driver pack, not the Latitude. I've confirmed that the proper file is on my USB drive.
How can I make the program differentiate between the two families?
If it will help, here's the restore log from the system: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11-zo6i-3nnugYWVUWG8ztFLiI1eeVA4y/view?usp=sharing
Thanks!
Wayne

@Wayne.Osteen - thank you for the details and log file. We'll get this over to our dev teams to have a look at. For now, as a workaroud, try moving the non-applicable pack out of the "Dell_Driver_Packs_Local" folder to see if that will work.

@DELL-Tyler M Removing the other driver pack did indeed work. Thanks for the suggestion.
This will work fine for now as this is an evaluation unit.
Please let me know if there's anything else I need to do from my end.
