Driver Packs
Hi, I'm new to Image Assist so forgive me if this is a silly question. I've read other posts about driver packs and keeping them zipped in the Dell_Driver_Packs_Local folder. When I look on the driver family pack site, many of the PCs do not have Windows 11 24H2 drivers available. I'm guessing that since that is the version of Windows 11 I am trying to deploy, I can't use drivers for 232H2 or 22H2 and that is why I keep getting "no valid driver pack detected". Are my suspicions correct? Is there a way to use the drivers from previous Windows versions and have the driver packs detected?

Dell's driver packs are only maintained for ~2 to 3 years post initial model release. Individual drivers are maintained for ~5 years. I've been told Lenovo & HP follow along similar lines. As for the question re: 23H2 / 22H2 packs working for 24H2 - if the OS matches (W10 / W11) - I believe they will restore, however those packs were not qualified by our QA teams for that OS on that platform.
