Driver and firmware updates after custom imaging from Dell's factory
Dell’s Dynamic imaging uses Family Driver packs during factory imaging. PCs will arrive with drivers and firmware that were qualified at the time the Family Pack was released. See release dates at www.dell.com/familypacks
New drivers and firmware are frequently released online via Windows Update, Dell Command | Update, and SupportAssist, ensuring PCs receive updates as soon as they connect to the internet.
