DIA Bug Reported - Password containing asterisk - ImageAssist v. ≤ 10.0.1.6

Bug Reported – Password changed or blanked out if an asterisk is used in password in the unattend.xml creator - ImageAssist v. ≤ 10.0.1.6

• Root cause: This is caused by a bug in the password obfuscation of the unattend.xml creator.

Workarounds

• Use DIA 8.8.0.2
• Use DIAX without an asterisk
• Use DIAX with asterisk in password but manually update unattend.xml to use a plain text password

Resolved in 10.0.2.8 released 10/22/2020
