@DELL-Tyler M Is there any other reasons Driver Check would fail?
I am using a VMWare workstation to create the image so that the image can be installed on different systems.
I do not have a dot in my username as you stated. Is there more detailed logs on this error?

I have seen this happen when I had a usb drive attached to the VM and did a Windows update. . If this comes up again, please contact the helpdesk to look at log files. US_OSimaging@dell.com

Solution: In the logs I found that Dell IA was looking for an incorrect path.
You will have to base your solution off the issue with the path.
Logs are in: %WINDIR%\Panther\DTRI\LOGS
Also I corrected another issue with Dell IA by clicking the "Pause Windows Updates for 7 days" then running the application.

This also happens when there is a space in the name as the space gets removed.
