Dell support assist OS recovery is loading

Actually i have kept my laptop for a recovery. After switching on the laptop i pressed F12 then OS RECOVERY then a page came which was loading since 7hours. Still it hasnt shown anything. I need some guidence to how to resolve this issue, or another way to recover.
