Greetings,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Dell Image Assist. Couple of questions, can you tell me the size of the pen drives? 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB? Also, how about the version of Dell Image Assist you are using? Would you be willing to share your WIM with me if I set-up a OneDrive Secure Share? I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.

Greetings,

I have found the exact SanDisk USB Keys that you mentioned in your original post.

1.SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Type-C (BLACK)

2. SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C™ Flash Drive (SILVER)

What Dell system(s) are you imaging?
What Family Driver Packs are you using?

Look forward to hearing from you.
