Booting a second time to ImageAssist USB
I very rarely am able to get my hands on machines to test with, so I want to make the most of it when I have them. Twice, I've had a laptop that I've booted to my ImageAssist drive and restored, and it's worked perfectly.....but then, if I try to boot to the ImageAssist USB again, it's not available in the boot menu.
What's causing that, and how would I resolve it if I want to test the drive again on the same computer?

@Ethyl
Have you tried another USB port or USB drive? Maybe there is an issue with the drive or the port.
Thanks,
Tyler

I have, on the individual machines, but it hasn't helped. This has been two different laptops so far, and the same drive that I just cast the image from is missing from the boot menu, using the same port that it just successfully loaded from.
I've only been able to try with two computers so far, so I don't have a lot of data points, but seeing it happen twice suggests that the ImageAssist process does something to prevent booting to that particular USB after a successful image restore. If that's the case, I would love to know how to resolve it before the next time I have a machine available to me for testing.

@Ethyl - This has been reported on multiple platforms. Our support & dev teams are aware and looking into this. In the interrim, a workaround is to go into the BIOS and manually create a UEFI Boot Sequence option pointing to the USB drive (EFI\Boot\bootx64.efi).
