OSCollector Libraries causing vulnerabilities - Can I delete OScollector library.zip file?

Hello DELL community, 

I'm currently working on fixing several active vulnerabilities on some DELL files.

I got alerted by the following library: C:\Program Files\Dell\SysMgt\iSM\OSCollector\bin\Win_x64\Library.zip

I have checked and my iDrac consoles are in the latest firmware available. (5.4.0)

My servers are Dell PowerEdge R650

Is there a way to get the OSCollector software updated?
If not, is it harmful to remove the library.zip file?
