node name in symmaskdb list database
Hello, i'm trying to get informations from VCMDB through the following command but some node names are replaced with fc WWN, and fc name with WWN too, How to change this ? Is it a zoning information, a VCMDB information, a fc info, a host info ?
[root@hpxjy070>>symmaskdb -sid ... list database | more

You can populate this field for each host which has VCMdb visibility by running "symmask discover hba -rename". This will place the hostname in the "User Generated" node name field. This is equivalent to the old "vcmfind" utility.
Hope that helps!
