HYPER - v Migration using SANCOPY

I am plannng to migrate my HYPER - V servers from AX4-5 to VNX5100. I am using the PUSH Method to migrate using SANCOPY. Please let me know the steps to be taken from HYPER - V server before and after Migration to get this success. Will I be gettting the same data to the virtual machines after migrating the data or any issues facing. Please reply
