downgrade the SYNCLI from 6.22 to 6.0.3

I have a problem with my new SE 6.2.2. When I do a symmaskdb -sid xxx list database, I always get a error message "The specified Symmetrix ID is unknown"

I have run the symcfg discover
"no Error"

I run symcfg list
"No devices were found"

I run syminq, I see alll the vcmdb, Gk and the devices.

Pls advise how I can do a uninstall of the Se 6.2.2 and I will reinstall the stable 6.0.3. Many Thanks

Definitely a service request issue here.

I concur with Dyna here, this issue should be opened as a service request. There is probably a minor configuration issue that needs to be addressed, particularly if the discover process reveals nothing.

If you open a service request, you'll get help quick.

Try renaming the symapi_db.bin and the doing the symcfg discover again.
Are you sure that there's no symavoid enabled somewhere?
