If you're looking for free training on SAN, we have two options available: https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-41314 and https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-41023.
In terms of best practices and options for migrating from HP Storage to EMC, it would be helpful to have more information about the situation. Can you share any other details?

My mistake! If you go to education.emc.com, you can search for SAN Copy and you will find a listing for SAN Copy Fundamentals.

I'm sorry, but we don't have any free courses on SAN Copy.
