web application access to torch(flash) of camera

Hello community,

we have implemented a web application, which uses the MediaDevices API of javascript to use the torch(flash) of the camera of the device and trying to run it on a browser of a Latitude 7230 Rugged Extreme Tablet, but it is not working, it seams that this device is not exposing the torch (flash) of the camera to the browser. How can we get access to it?
