Videro change from integrated to ubs

has anyone run into this problem.  I have an Inspiron 16 plus laptop, I was having no problems with it until recently.  I use the camera for my online doctors/physical training meetings.  Upon the last two weeks my camera comes up and says that the camera is blocked on one side and can't be used.  I thought that this has an integrated camera but now shows up as a USB Video device.   When did this change and how do I fix it?
