Upload excel with colored text

Hi All,

We have requirement to upload excel file containing colored text. This can be achieved by using HTML Tags. However we have lot of data in the excel and it will be time consuming to add HTML tags to the beginning and end of specific text. Is there a easy way to achieve this ? May be using a Macro or some VBA code.

It would be great if someone can provide me the code as well !!
