Hello,
I’m unable to log in and access content on My Learning Hub.
The login keeps failing at this URL:
https://learning.dell.com/eduservice/parseSAML
SSO does not work and the redirect never completes.
I urgently need access to study materials.
Details:
Browsers tried: Chrome, Edge, Firefox (cleared cache/cookies, incognito mode)
Network tested: Company network and personal network (VPN disabled)
Error behaviour: The redirect fails at the SAML URL and SSO does not complete
Last attempts: [add date/time of your last tries]
Could someone from Dell please assist with this issue?

Thanks for sharing the details,it looks like you’ve already tried the common troubleshooting steps (different browsers, cache clear, network switch, VPN off). Since the redirect is failing at the SAML URL, this is most likely an SSO authentication issue tied to your account setup, which will need support intervention.
The next step is to raise a ticket with Dell Learning Support so they can check your account, reset credentials
