Transfer of Dell credentials to new company

Good day

Kindly assist, I have started working for a new company and would like to know if I can transfer my existing credentials to a new company, previously I was employed by Altron / Bytes and have since moved to another Dell Premium partner called PC Palace located in South Africa.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
