Storage Magazine's Annual Storage Salary Survey

Storage Magazine has an article about this year's salary survey. One person interviewed had this to say about the value of EMC certifications:

In an EMC shop, Veronneau said, every six or nine months customers get an  announcement letter with a "90,000-foot view of what's happening. But you have  to drill into that." He believes his EMC certifications over the years have  helped get his resume noticed, and he looks for some certifications when making  staffing recommendations

The interviews may be interesting for those of you who have been asking what needs to be done to break into a storage position. Its also nice to see that our Proven Professional certifications are valued out in the marketplace!
