shutdown by powershell PowerEdge XR2

Hi all,
I don't know much, but I've been tasked with finding a solution to the question: how to write a powershell script that on a Windows PC on a LAN will shut down a Dell EMC PowerEdge XR2 server with iDrack 7.00.00.171.
Can anyone help me with this - I want to make a simple button on the desktop that will shut down the server safely.
