Reg.Delete permission on document for author

Hi,

    My requirement is i need delete permission on document for the authors of the particular document. If i add authors to one particular group then the users in that group will have delete permission on other documents too. I need the restriction for delete on that particular document. I need help on how to proceed with this. If i create dynamic group how will i add users at run time?.Please assist me.
