NIST 800-88r1 certificate

Dear Dell Inc. !

followed the BIOS Data Wipe procedure is available at the following link:

Unfortunately, in a large enterprise environment I have been required to verify this and everywhere I look I can't find an official certificate that this is how it really works. Is there a published certificate available that this works?
