Newbiw Training Help

Hi

I am looking for some help and advice on how to progress with training.

As i am totally new to Storage, im looking for a course which will teach me the basics and from there i aim to further develop my skills.

Im especially interested in EMC San storage and would like to learn and administer EMC Clariion storage devices.

Could someone please help as to how i should progress.

To get started you should take a look at the Information Storage and Management exam track

For information on the EMC Proven Professional Program: for practice test, exam descriptions and recommended study materials. Log into the Education Portal  (http://education.emc.com) Click on EMC Proven Professional CertificationSelect CertificationSelect Certification Framework Click on the Track you are pursuing (i.e. Associate) click on the word Details next to the exam you are interested in Under Attachments click on the exam number/title

As mentioned (but I'll second the recommendation) you should probably start with the Information Storage and Management course. This is the basis for many of the certification tracks and will probably give you the best foundation to build on if you are new to Storage. While it is an EMC course it provides a very good general Storage knowledge base to build on for any vendor's equipment/software.
