My Success Story
Hello All,
First of all, a big thanks to EMC for giving us a great opportunity to learn and explore the knowledge through various channels (Powerlink),etc.
I started my career with Infosys Technologies as a SAN & Backup Administrator supporting various products on Clariion. And from there i was very keen to learn EMC and do some certifications. I did my STF associate level certification. Mid of 2008, i joined IBM India as a SAN Administrator supporting EMC Clariion and DMX Arrays for a US based Client.
I was also an internal trainer for Clariion for the new joinees . All these things are because of the technology that EMC Engineering team has done with their creative thoughts.
Studying about Clariion, DMX, Celerra or Centera is really interesting. But more than that, implementing and working on a daily tickets keeps us active, because we get to know things daily. Different issues and trouble shooting techniques, etc the support which EMC gives when there is an issue is really good.
Thats all about i have to say about it!
Thanks,
Sriram

Hello Sriram,
So nice to 'meet' you, and congratulations on achieving your Associate level certification!
Sounds like all of your experiences have given you a broad understanding of technology. Have you thought about competing in our Knowledge Sharing competition? You're already qualified since you have your Associate level certification. You could write about anything you want, a case study, any of your experiences. You'd get to see your accepted article published, and others could learn from your hard work.
Please see the home page on this community if you're interested. There's a Knowledge Sharing announcement box, and you just need to click on the button to receive your Knowledge Sharing kit to get started.
We hope to hear from you!
