Knowledge Maintenance Notifications for ProSphere 2.0 Sent 5/21/2013
ProSphere 2.0 was released for General Availability on May 7, 2013.
Knowledge Maintenance (KM) notifications for a related technical difference class were sent out today for the following EMC Proven certification tracks:

If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert in this track, you should have received an e-mail notification with a link for this content at around 10:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, May 21. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:
- Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
- If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
- If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
- Write to education@emc.com if you need further help, or need to receive the current links.
