Knowledge Maintenance Notifications for Next-Generation VNX
Next-Generation VNX was announced as part of the 2013 MegaLaunch on September 4, 2013.
The following Knowledge Maintenance (KM) notifications were sent to certified Specialists in the associated EMC Proven Professional tracks:
| KM 6.5-6 for Storage And Information Infrastructure EMCTA |
| KM 7.3-1 for VNX EMCPE |
| KM 7.4-1 for VNX Solutions EMCTA |
| KM 7.4-1 for VNX Solutions EMCIE |
| KM 7.4-1 for VNX Solutions EMCSA |
If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert in any of these tracks, you should have received an e-mail notification between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:
- Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
- If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
- If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
- Write to education@emc.com if you need further help, or need to receive the current links.
