How to used Simplified Symmwin at replace disks ?
Hello,
Dose anyone use "Simplified Symmwin" ?
I never used This.
Please let me know, How to replace the Spare/Data disk ?
My understand as following steps:
1.Start "Simplified Symmwin".
2.Check "Tasks" Sub-Windows.
3.Select Failed disk from list of Tasks then click "Next" button.
- Check the FRU(disk) of the target physically.
- check the box "Pull out drive: FC-mmmmmm"
- Remove failed disk
- Insert new disk
- check the box "Puch in the new drive: FC-nnnnnn"
4.click "Finish" button.
5.Probablly, i get "The script completed successfully!" message.
6.click "Close" button.
7.run the "Health Check" from "System Management".
Is this step are MUST ?
8.End of all repalace job.
I don't have any environmets try this issue.

Hi,
Thank you for your responce.
and I'm sorry in confusing writ.
I just want to know the steps replace disk.
So, remove disk first ? or check box "Pull out drive..." first ?
I don't know which is right way.
