How do I get my Starter Kit book coupon code?
I recently received my Starter Kit VILT for ISM. With the starter kit you are suppose to get a coupon for 25% off the ISM book. Where do I get this code? I checked through my emails and inside the DVD case but I don't see how to get the discount. I want to get this book on order but obviously I would like the discount.
