Hi everyone. We want to ask you a huge favor:

If you ask a question, and you feel the question has been completely answered, could you please mark it answered?

How do I do that?

When you start a discussion, there is a little box that asks if you would like to mark the discussion as a question.The box is checked by default.

If someone posts a comment that is really helpful, you can mark that comment as a good, helpful comment. You can mark up to 3 comments in a thread as "helpful".

If someone posts a comment that is absolutely the correct response, mark that comment as correct.You can only mark one comment as "correct".

Why Should I bother?

As ECN members, you acquire points for your participation. So you are helping each other out by marking helpful and correct answers.

To mark a question answered, look at the top of the thread and click "mark as answered" (the word answered is the hyperlink that will mark the question as answered):

Marking the question as answered will help those of us who are monitoring the community, and trying to make sure you all have the support you need.
