Error launching a course (99999) An unknown error occurred

After click launch button in the course throws an error below and won't load:

(99999) An unknown error occurred. Please try again. If the situation persists, please contact the site administrator. (@001) com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Unexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (JSON String, Number, Array, Object or token 'null', 'true' or 'false') at [Source: (String)" 411 Length Required

Error: Length Required

POST requests require a Content-length header.

I also have this same error. 4th day, 2 support tickets no resolution.

@Jack Kunnecke​ I do have the same issue while launching lab session in learning portal. can you please provide the link to raise the support ticket.

Facing the same issue with the VxRail 8.0.XXX Implementation OnDemand Lab. Any work around of possible fix.

@DELL-Geeta MKS​ Hello! We have raised two tickets so far and have received no updates. The case numbers raised <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>Is there any possible workaround we can do to do the lab activities.
