EMC Autostart 5.3 Error: No Primary Agent Found that would accept conneciton

Hello,

I am trying to install EMC Autostart 5.3.  During the install on the second node I come to the dialog box where I state that there is already a node on the domain and I can even get the settings from the node.  But when I press Next a CMD window opens then I get the following error.

"The primary agent returned the following error  [... removed for brevity...]

No AutoStart primary agents were found that would accept our connection

Connection unsuccessfully attempted at:

[servername]"

I have the username and pssword on this node listed in the permissions on the Primary.

I assume it is a permisison problem as it was able to pul lthe settings during the previous dialog box.

Please advise.
