Education Website Fails
I am trying to login into your education website and take a few free courses.
This is what happens:
Goes here:
https://pf-ng.us.dell.com/sp/ACS.saml2
Then hangs here:
learning.dell.com/eduservice/parseSAML
For example I can't register for this:
Free Training : ECS Concepts and Features | DELL Technologies
No Events found!

Yes I know. When I select the course, then register, it hangs on the following (tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge)....

I have the same issues with sign in to the Education website. I tried it many times in last 7 hours.
Do you have some estimation when the issue will be fixed?

sometime after the reload I got

Hello I have the same problem when I try to access to see my courses it sends me to this page:
https://learning.dell.com/eduservice/parseSAML
I've already tried different computers and on different networks and it does the same to me.

We are also getting proxy errors from multiple accounts/machines in different locations
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request
Reason: Error reading from remote server

Dear Dell Team,
Issue is still persists. Unable to complete the OnDemand course also.
Each time I enter the OTP, I receive a blank screen, which prevents me from proceeding further. Could you please provide an update on when this issue might be resolved? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
