education training courses not launching, just sits at the learning.emc.com address

i goto education.emc.com, login and under my account goto my training, select any of the courses there to launch into the online training and it opens a new window then just sits there with a white page and does nothing.

this was working yesterday i did 9x online training courses.

i have 2x left i want to complete urgently today please.

i have cleared my internet cache, reset all defaults on my browser(IE) and rebooted my laptop etc

i have tried from a home network and from our work network, also tried from our terminal server, my laptop and a test machine.

my work mate who is at home today and has also been able to do the training in the past also is having trouble getting on today both in IE and in firefox so it seems a site issue not an issue with my laptop etc.

I just got a response from the support team; there was no planned or unplanned outage for the site. If you're still having trouble, please take a screenshot of this issue, and describe the problem in an email to Education@emc.com.

I'm sending this instance to our support team, so they can look at it and find out what's going on. In the meantime, can you please try again, to see if it's still not working?

thanks very much for your help, it was down for two of us all day, it started working again at around 4:30pm(GMT+12) with no changes to my laptop or network etc

If it goes awry again, just go ahead and submit the issue to Education@emc.com.
