Dell Education Website Error

I have been trying in vain for several hours now to access the Dell Education website (https://education.dell.com). I click the "Sign in to view your training" button, and then am immediately met with the error message "Issue in creating user session key." I have tried multiple computers, multiple browsers, cleared caches, cleared cookies and Website data, but cannot log in. I was able to log in fine yesterday.

Any help that can be provided is much appreciated. I would prefer not to lose the progress I have made in the training.

Thank you.

@psnca I'm having that same issue right now, which is what brought me here. Interestingly deleting the cookies seems to have worked for me.

Hello, I am getting the same error: https://learning.dell.com/content/emc/en-us/Index_Offline.html?error=Issue-in-creating-user-session-key

I have cleared the cookies but the error is still there. Any solution?

Try clearing the entire Cache. If that doesn't work, reset your browser to factory defaults.
