Hello Satish,
Welcome to the community!
There are several universities in the US that offer a storage course as part of the curriculum. As Michelle mention, this is relatively new to IT education.
There is program called the EMC Academic Alliance, which was created to address the skills gap resulting from the growing volume and complexity of data. EMC offers the technology based curriculum in the Information Storage and Management (ISM) course as part of our commitment to global citizenship and social investment.
For a list of institutions in the program, please visit our Participating Institutions page: https://education.emc.com/academicalliance/institutes.aspx
The duration and cost of the course is determined by each individual institution.
Best of luck!
Anna
