Wont Connect Equallogic PS6010XV to PowerConnect 6224 Switch

Hi

I need help, im experiencing difficulty of connecting PS6010XV to PowerConnect 6224 Switch

I connected the twinax cable to the 10GB SFP+ of the switch and still there is no indication of physical connection.

The LED is not blinking.
