Upgrading GPU is it possible?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. 

I'm looking at buying a new laptop and am considering the new Inspiron 15 5000-Series with an i7 processor but I would prefer a GTX graphics card is it possible to replace the current Radeon R7 GPU with a Geforce GTX?
