i restarted the dell r910 host with a vm housing sqlserver and it came up with a boot error: saying the selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

i am running xenserver 6.1 and a SAN storage dell ps series 6000x running the latest firmware. i cant now seem to connect this vm. i have tried all the suggested solutions for repair but to no avail. I am still not able to get the vm to boot. any help will be greatly appreciated.
