SAN HQ Polling

I recently upgraded SAN HQ to 2.5. within a few days of the installation I noticed my data was becoming less detailed. I then realized that the polling interval had increased it self to 15 minutes. Prior to 2.5 I never saw my interval more than 2 or 3 minutes and the data was always very detailed.

I restarted the SAN HQ service and it dropped back to 3. Within a day I noticed it has increase to 5 -6 minutes. I have a case open with Dell but I'm not hopeful. So far the responses I have received are, The issue is not listed in the release notes, enable jumbo frames on the management port :o and restart the array :o!

Anyone else experience this issue??
