SAN Headquarters Help

I am looking for guideline to help me learn how to use SAN Headquaters to drill down into a volume to determine if problems are heppen with the volume.

What I would like to do is contuct the basic drill down in the volume before attempting to open a ticket. My environment consist of more than 65 Equal Logic members, and I monitor a environment of over 13,000 customers. I am just looking for a way for me as the storage administor to be able to conduct the basic administration before reaching out to vender.

In the users guide they have a section on analyzing data and solving problems. It includes examples of how to interpret the data which I found useful. Also gives some general metrics guidelines.
